License Agreement

License requirement

You must purchase a valid license before releasing, distributing, monetizing, performing, or otherwise commercially using any music created with this beat. Free use is permitted only for private recording, writing, and non-commercial demonstration purposes. Uploading a finished song using this beat to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, SoundCloud monetization, or any other monetized or commercial platform requires a purchased license. Unauthorized commercial use may result in a copyright claim, takedown request, or other enforcement permitted under the applicable license terms.

License tiers

• Basic MP3 Lease — Use on one commercial release. Non-exclusive. Streams: 100,000 streams. Monetization allowed up to the stream limit. Credit required (Prod. K@t).
• Premium WAV Lease — Use on one commercial release with full-quality WAV. Non-exclusive. Streams: 500,000 streams. Monetization allowed up to the stream limit. Credit required (Prod. K@t).
• Unlimited Lease — Unlimited commercial use on any platform. Non-exclusive. Streams: Unlimited. Full monetization allowed. Credit required (Prod. K@t).
• Exclusive Rights — Full exclusive rights. The beat is removed from the store after purchase. Streams: Unlimited. Full monetization allowed. Credit appreciated.

Full pricing is on the licensing page. The LICENSE.txt delivered inside your download ZIP is your written proof of purchase and states the exact terms of the tier you bought — keep it.

Ownership

All beats remain the intellectual property of the producer. A license grants usage rights only — it is not a transfer of ownership or copyright unless the specific license you purchased says so. Exclusive Rights purchases remove the beat from sale; earlier non-exclusive licenses sold before an exclusive purchase remain valid.

Credit

Unless your license says otherwise, credit the producer as “Prod. K@t” in the title or description of your release.
