Who is responsible

The data controller is the seller listed on the contact page (Bertram August Dybdal Larsen, Denmark). Questions: business.trofi@gmail.com.

What is collected, and why

  • Order data — your name, email and country (from the payment), what you bought and when. Used to deliver your files, issue your license, handle order problems, and to keep the sales records Danish bookkeeping rules require (kept for 5 full financial years).
  • Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe on their systems. This site never sees or stores card numbers. See Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Technical logs — short-lived server logs for security and debugging.
  • Anonymous page counts — the store counts how many times each page was viewed per day, first-party only. No cookies, no IP addresses, no personal data, no way to identify or follow a visitor.

What is not done with your data

No marketing emails without your consent, no selling or sharing of data, no advertising networks, no third-party trackers, no profiling of individuals.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (deletion applies where bookkeeping law doesn't require keeping the record), and you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Authority. Write to business.trofi@gmail.com.
