1. Who is selling

This store is operated by a private individual in Denmark selling digital beat licenses. It is not (yet) a registered company; the seller information below is updated when a CVR number is issued.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a digital license to use an instrumental (“beat”), delivered as audio files by download link. Nothing physical is shipped. The rights you get are defined by the License Agreement and the tier you pick at checkout (tiers & pricing).

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe on their secure hosted page — card details never touch this site. Your receipt comes from Stripe by email.

4. Delivery

Delivery is automatic and immediate after payment: a download link valid for 72 hours delivers your files plus a written LICENSE.txt. If a link expires or fails, contact business.trofi@gmail.com and it will be re-issued at no cost.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU/Danish consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content this right lapses when delivery begins, provided you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right. That is exactly what the required checkbox at checkout does — without ticking it, no purchase is possible.

6. Refunds

See the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy. Short version: no refunds after delivery or for change of mind; real order problems (failed delivery, duplicate payment, wrong or corrupted files) are always fixed or refunded.

7. Liability

Files are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Danish consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. If a problem can't be solved directly with the seller (business.trofi@gmail.com — always try this first), consumers may bring complaints to the relevant Danish consumer complaint bodies or the ordinary courts.
