Refund & Delivery Policy

Instant digital delivery

Every purchase is a digital product delivered immediately after payment via a secure download link. At checkout you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once delivery begins.

When there is no refund

• You changed your mind after buying.
• The files and license were delivered as described — sales of delivered digital products are final.

When you should absolutely contact the store

A real order problem is never your loss. Email business.trofi@gmail.com with your order number if:

• the delivery failed or the download link never worked,
• you were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment),
• you received the wrong file or the wrong license tier,
• a file is corrupted or incomplete,
• anything else technical went wrong with the order.

These cases are fixed by re-issuing links, sending the correct files, or refunding — whichever solves it. Duplicate payments are refunded in full.

How to reach out

Email business.trofi@gmail.com with the order number from your Stripe receipt and a short description. Expect an answer within a few days.
